OzMobiles Fraud Prevention/Authentication Process
In recent times we have experienced a high number of sales from fraudulent credit cards.
To protect our customers and ourselves we have now implemented a 2-step authentication process for new customers.
(You will only be asked to do this once - if you are a repeat customer just respond to an authentication request with "REPEAT CUSTOMER")
How does this work?
1. We CHARGE your card and then REFUND your card a small random amount (under $0.50 cents)
2. NOTIFY YOU via SMS and Email once this has been done.
3. You CHECK your online statement to see the amount. (It will appear straight away as a PENDING transaction).
No access to internet? If you cannot log into your internet banking, call your bank they will tell you the amount.
4. RESPOND to the email and we will confirm your order
If you DO NOT want to go through this process you may ask us to cancel the order and re-purchase it using
Bank Deposit, PayPal or C.O.D (cash on delivery/pickup)*
Cash on Delivery is only available to customers who are in Melbourne.
