OzMobiles Terms & Conditions Don't worry nothing scary!

SIMPLE, SECURE AND CONVENIENT ONLINE PURCHASES

If you would like to purchase something from our site you don't need to sign up - you can click the PayPal Express icon for a quick purchase. Please Note: We are UNABLE to process credit card order over the phone, credit card payment can only be made through our online safe SSL secure PayPal Portal. * You do not need to be a PayPal customer.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We provide three basic payment options:

Refunds If you happen to receive a product that's not as described and you wish to return it for a refund you need to contact our customer service team and ask for an RA number. We need to receive the stock back within 7 days.

Credit Card or Paypal Once you have completed the checkout and chosen your products when selecting a payment option, choose “PayPal (Credit Card / Debit)”, and you will be taken to a secure SSL PayPal portal where you can input your credit card details. Please note: You DO NOT need to sign up to PayPal to pay using your credit card, when you are taken to the Credit Card Portal you will be given you options, either sign in with your PayPal account details OR input your credit card details on the left-hand side.

OzMobiles does not collect or keep any of your credit card details, we use a third party portal (PayPal) to process your one-time payment, it is 100% secure and the world’s most recognised third party payment system so be confident your details are in good hands! You will not be charged and credit card surcharges.

Internet Payments (Bank Transfers) If you wish to pay by doing an internet transfer from your bank account (wire transfer) please select the “Internet Payments (Bank Transfers)” option. After selecting this option you will be sent an email with our banking details, all you need to do is make the internet transfer and leave your “Order Number” as a reference when making the payment.

SHIPPING

We will refund shipping costs to any orders with two or more items

Express: If you wish to receive express delivery please select the EXPRESS POST option, you will be charged $19.90 for express post. This may take one to three days to arrive depending on where in Australia you are located.

Please note that all care is taken in item descriptions, however, any misprints, omissions or mistakes are unintentional.

RETURNS

For incorrect, Broken, Defective, or Damaged Products:

If you receive your items and they appear to be faulty or not as described, please notify us by email within 30 days of purchase (support@ozmobiles.com.au). 

One of our customer service agents will respond to your return request within 1 business day to issue you an RA number. You will then have the choice to:

  • Receive a replacement unit of the identical make and model as the original item ordered at no additional cost
    or
  • Return the broken unit to be repaired
OzMobiles will provide a free reply paid address for all of these returns.

Please be advised that warranty claims may be refused in which there is evidence of unreasonable care made to the product(s). 

Note: Third party repairs or tampering can affect the warranty eligibility, if you have any issues please contact us first.

Change of mind/cancellation:

OzMobiles can also accommodate order cancellations and change-of-mind returns. Due to the costs involved with processing returns and cancellations, a 15% re-stocking/cancellation fee will apply for change of mind returns and order cancellations. 

To return a product, contact us via e-mail (info@ozmobiles.com.au) to obtain a return authorisation (RA) number.

A free reply paid address will be provided for your return.

For a change-of-mind return, returned product must:

  • Include all parts originally provided
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Have no physical damage
  • Have an RA number attached
  • Returned within 7 days

Refunds can only be made the same way the payment was received. No exceptions.
